Review Our FAQ Section Here

Review our list of Frequently asked questions about pool installation and our other services below. If you have any further questions please call and schedule a consultation so we can get started together!

1. What does it cost to install a new pool?

Size, design, materials and the features chosen all factor into the overall cost of a new pool. The average in-ground pool will have a cost in the area of $40,000-$60,000. Higher-end pools with custom features, larger size, etc. may exceed $100,000. This is why a new pool has to be treated as a significant investment and requires expert consultation and quote specific to your budget and desired end product.

2. What materials are used to build a pool?

There are several common options for construction materials like vinyl liners, fiberglass and gunite. Vinyl liners are budget friendly and come with several design options. Fiberglass pools are premade from a chosen template and easy to install and maintain. Gunite (concrete mixture) pools are very durable and highly customizable but are more expensive and require more maintenance. Work with us and we will find the right design material for you.

3. How long will it take for my new pool to be installed?

This depends on design complexity and construction materials. Fiberglass pools typically take about 2-4 weeks, vinyl pools take on average 4-6 weeks and concrete (gunite) pools can take 8-12 weeks to install. Permitting and weather conditions can extend installation times as well.

4. What type of regular maintenance service can I expect?
Water balancing and testing, skimming, equipment inspections, vacuuming and brushing are all services that are available in our maintenance plans. In order to keep your pool clean, running efficiently and safe, we offer plans for weekly, twice monthly and even custom plans depending on the maintenance requirements for your pool.

5. How do I know my pool needs to be repaired or renovated?

Structural damage like cracks and leaks are indications your pool needs to undergo repairs. Discoloration, worn finishes and outdated or inefficient equipment can all be indications for pool renovation. Contact us for an inspection and consult so our experts can come up with a plan on a budget that works for you.

6. How much will it cost to renovate my pool?

It depends on the amount of work that has to be done. Minor fixes like pool resurfacing can cost around $5,000-$10,000. Total overhauls and new features equipment or professional lighting price around $25,000. Let's discuss your needs and come up with a clear budget.

7. Do you handle inspections and permitting?
